retailers with agile technology solutions that will allow them to increase productivity and drive consumer engagement.

We are looking for a talented Cloud Ops to join the Customer Success department.

The Cloud Ops will manage our cloud Environments across the company and customers, will spearhead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our internal and external cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability to meet the customer’s demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and administer cloud infrastructure on industry-leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc’
  • Champion the automation of deployment pipelines, scalability mechanisms, and infrastructure management processes utilizing state-of-the-art tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization, proactively identifying areas for optimization and enhancement
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex issues pertaining to cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, and security protocols, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Implement robust security measures, regulatory compliance standards, and disaster recovery protocols within the cloud environment, safeguarding critical data and assets
