Position: BI Development Team Leader at Mertens-Malam Team

Job Description:

The Digital Technologies and Data Division is seeking a BI Development Team Leader to manage the team, possessing excellent development skills, and comprehensive experience and understanding in BI projects. This role requires the management of data extraction and processing workflows from various systems into the DWH, as well as managing work routines and tasks to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to schedules. The position involves the ongoing operation of BI processes and systems, necessitating an understanding of business processes and the capability to provide broad and generic solutions, along with extensive interface work with various development stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements:

- 5 years of development experience.

- 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 4 developers.

- At least 2 years of experience in T-SQL development, writing advanced queries and procedures within BI modules and data domains.

- 5 years of experience in various BI technologies with different ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, Python).

- Experience in developing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, with the capability to create advanced-level dashboards.

- 3 years of experience in providing support in planning and defining solutions, functional and technical requirements – an advantage.

- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS or Google Cloud – a significant advantage.

- Experience working with analytical databases, such as NoSQL and BigQuery – a significant advantage.
