We are looking for a talented React Native Developer to lead the development of a mobile application from the ground up for a leading company in the central region(Lod). This role offers a hybrid work model with one day of remote work from home. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high-performance mobile application using React Native.
• Work across all layers of the UI, including logic, data, service connections (especially REST), and integration with external libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead technical tasks, providing solutions and guidance to developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile development using React Native.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in coding across all UI layers: logic, data, service connections, and external libraries.
• At least 2 years of experience with project management tools like JIRA or VSTS and version control systems like Git.
• Strong self-learning skills, with the ability to understand and extend existing codebases.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical leadership, including providing technological solutions and mentoring developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in native iOS or Android development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
