We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack team leader!

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development components for our innovative product. You will lead a team of talented engineers, ensuring high-quality software delivery on tight schedules while actively contributing as a hands-on developer for 50%-80% of your time. Your technical expertise and leadership will be critical in mentoring your team and collaborating closely with other teams to achieve our product goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of core components in our awesome product 
• Deliver results with high-quality software on tight schedules 
• Led, grew, mentored, and managed a team of talented engineers. 
• Stay close to your craft! Work as a hands-on developer between 50%-80% of your time 
• Work and collaborate with other teams. 

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience leading full-stack teams 
• At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, designing, building, and testing E2E applications (ReactJS, Vue, NodeJs, NestJs)  
• Demonstrated leadership skills. 
• Proven expertise in architecture and design. 
• Knowledgeable in a wide range of technologies. 
• Passionate, motivated, and self-driven, with a startup mindset. 
• Embraces a "hands-on" management style, leading by example 
• Experience with AWS or GCP (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito) 
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
