A leading financial company in Lod, Israel is seeking a Java Tech/Team Lead to join our team for a central Cloud-Based Financial project with advanced cloud-based architecture.

Role Overview

• Technical leadership and development in a project involving microservices
• JAVA system component development
• Integration with adjacent systems

Additional Details:

• Full-time position (100%)
• Hybrid work model: 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of JAVA development experience in a team environment
• At least 2 years of experience as a tech/team lead
• Proficiency in Microservices development
• Experience with AGILE methodology and supporting systems (JIRA, TFS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud services development/usage experience (AWS experience is a plus)
• Client-side development and service interfacing experience
• 2+ years working with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB experience is an advantage)
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
