What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience building sophisticated SaaS products with demonstrable architectural impact
• Deep expertise in React ecosystem including advanced state management, performance optimization, and architectural patterns
• Proven track record leading architectural decisions for complex projects from conception through implementation at scale
• Strong technical leadership with experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
• Exceptional technical communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• History of establishing engineering standards that drive quality, maintainability, and team productivity
• Experience integrating AI technologies into front-end applications or enthusiasm for pioneering
