The Missile and Space Systems Division is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer specializing in Image Processing and Computer Vision for advanced electro-optical systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining and contributing to the development of test scenarios, simulation tools, and databases for validation purposes
• Developing alternative algorithmic solutions for detection and tracking in noisy environments
• Implementing solutions using Matlab / C++ / Python
• Conducting comparative performance analysis and writing algorithm documentation
• Performing end-to-end testing in collaboration with system engineering teams
• Defining, supporting, and analyzing experiments
• Performing optimization using Machine Learning tools

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Engineering or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• Master’s degree (MSc) – an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in classical image processing – mandatory
• Significant advantage: experience in multi-sensor data fusion
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability – mandatory
• High analytical skills, self-learning ability, motivation, and good interpersonal skills
