Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Team Lead to drive the development of full-stack software solutions for wireless product integration, validation, and verification within a manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to build high-performance applications that optimize integration of wireless products and manufacturing workflows, automation, and cloud-based operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, strong expertise in C#, C++, Python, SQL (or MySQL), AWS, and modern frontend frameworks such as Blazor, React, or Angular. You will play a pivotal role in defining the software architecture, developing full stack / cloud-based solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software systems for wireless product development , integration, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
Education and Experience � Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. � 10+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record in leading software teams. � Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or wireless product validation is highly desirable. Technical Skills � Expertise in: C#, C++, Python, SQL (or MySQL). � Cloud Development: AWS/Azure preferred or other cloud platforms. � Full-Stack Development: Servers, Microservices, API development, front-end and system integrations. � DevOps and Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. � Testing and Validation: Experience with automated testing frameworks for hardware/software integration. Leadership and Soft Skills � Strong technical leadership with experience managing software teams. � Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge hardware/software integration challenges. � Effective communication and stakeholder management, working with manufacturing engineers, test engineers and operations teams. � Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
