The Algorithms team at Mobileye Haifa is seeking an excellent student to join a team of talented engineers working on cutting-edge technologies, driving the next revolution in autonomous vehicles and driver-assistance products.
You will be involved in designing and developing Algorithms in C++ / Python and research in the computer vision, image processing, analytical geometry, and deep learning fields.
What will your job look like:
- Research and develop novel Computer Vision and Deep Learning Algorithms in areas such as Object Detection, Object Tracking, Object Segmentation, Object Recognition, Depth Sensing, and more, for Autonomous Vehicle solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering to solve real-life problems.
- Participate in cutting-edge Computer Vision projects that can be applied to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Autonomous Vehicles products from the Data science & research stage through proof of feasibility, experimenting with alternative methods to the deployment of the solution.
- Performance-oriented deployment of Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms on a Real-Time embedded chip for autonomous driving.
- Learn and keep updated on the latest relevant open field of research that is relevant to our day-to-day work.
All you need is:
- Studies towards B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering ( M.Sc . is an advantage).
- At least 3 courses in algorithms, computer vision, signal processing, machine learning, etc., including those taken in the current semester.
- Approximately 1.5 years remaining until graduation
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during regular business hours
- Practical experience in Computer Vision, Image processing, and Deep Learning knowledge- an advantage
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies and systems
- Practical programming experience beyond academic coursework- an advantage
