We’re looking for a Data Engineer Team Lead to join a leading cyber startup in Tel Aviv (right next to the train station)!

Hybrid model – 3 days from home.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a global team of 5 engineers.

• Architect and develop scalable, distributed systems.

• Optimize with parallel processing, microservices, and security-first architectures.

• Work with SQL, NoSQL, Kafka/Pulsar, ELK, Redis, Spark/Flink, Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in Data Engineering (including 2+ years at senior level).

• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Willingness to work with GoLang (experience with Scala is a plus).

• A strong desire to take the next step into team leadership and global management.
