We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our data visualization team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience creating interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
• Transform complex data into meaningful visual insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy and dashboard performance
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and data sources
• Participate in continuous improvement of visualization standards

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Valid security clearance (mandatory)
• Proven experience in ETL processes and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies
• Ability to translate business needs into effective visualizations
• Experience with data preparation and quality assurance

• Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification
• Experience with additional BI tools or programming languages (Python, R)
• Knowledge of best practices in data visualization
• Experience working in a team environment using agile methodologies
