We are seeking a BI Analyst for the Military Aircraft Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with large data repositories
• Improve business processes through advanced data analysis
• Analyze information from multiple sources to generate operational and strategic insights
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write complex queries and optimize performance in SQL
• Develop data processing and automation workflows using Python
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze trends, present findings, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL – complex queries, data analysis, and optimization – mandatory
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI – mandatory
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Python – data processing, automation, and advanced data analysis – mandatory
• Experience in analyzing and improving business processes – an advantage
• Experience working with AI-based and machine-learning models – an advantage
