Position Overview:

A Senior Platform Engineer is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that supports CLBT SaaS Platform based applications. This role ensures that internal platforms are robust, scalable, and efficient, facilitating seamless software development and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Architect and build internal developer platforms (IDPs) that streamline the software development lifecycle. This involves selecting appropriate technologies, configuring infrastructure components, and ensuring system scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate tools and services that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes, reducing manual intervention and minimizing errors.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, identify issues proactively, and ensure high availability. Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep platforms secure and up-to-date.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that platforms adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, implementing necessary safeguards to protect data and applications.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science.
• At least 15 years of development background experience
• At least 7 years of proven experience in software design, architect.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS and EKS
• Passion and enthusiasm to experience new technologies.
• Self-learner.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
