abra R&D is looking for a Fullstack Developer!

abra R&D is seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our innovative R&D Team. In this role, you'll collaborate with business partners to maximize the capabilities of our CRM system, particularly on the Salesforce/Force.com platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations for our CRM system
• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and change management
• Lead highly visible initiatives across the organization
• Build sophisticated applications on the Force.com platform
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations with other systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred) - Must
• Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on both front-end and backend development. - Must
• Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in backend technologies, including but not limited to Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. - Must
• Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant frameworks. - Must
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Must
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Must
  
  

Distinct Advantages

• Any Salesforce experience or certifications would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools – Plus
• Database and data-modeling knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design)
• Familiarity with Usability Tests
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
