About the Role: 

We are looking for a full-stack Engineer to take ownership of Mentaily’s product infrastructure—from real-time session orchestration to robust backend APIs and seamless user interactions. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused GenAI features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build deeply meaningful technology from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop backend services to handle real-time conversation orchestration 
• Building, implementation, and scaling of secure data pipelines
• Build internal tools and dashboards for product and clinical teams 
• Integrate with LLM APIs and internal model endpoints 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years experience in backend or full-stack development 
• Proficiency in Node.js/Python, SQL, REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational, NoSQL and vector DBs, event-driven architecture, WebSockets, and message queues 
• Comfort with CI/CD and cloud deployment workflows 

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with integrating GenAI into user-facing apps 
• Familiarity with authentication networks and HIPAA-compliant security
