What Will You Do
- Develop back-end software supporting electric vehicles and mobility services.
- Develop, debug, deliver and maintain a large-scale, real-time environment, that is the core of serving millions of vehicles globally.
- Integrate, refactor, and modernize multiple existing systems to use new technologies.
- Improve product quality by analyzing customer behavior data at scale.
Additional Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- B.Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or similar
- Practical experience as a back-end software developer.
- Excellent JavaScript or TypeScript (preferably) coding skills.
- Experience with SQL and databases (PostgreSQL - advantage)
- Knowledge of developing Node.js based servers – understands networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong verbal and written English and global communication skills
- Flexibility with working hours (global system exposure requirement)
- Ability to support and maintain large existing system
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Cloud environments experience (Azure - preferable)
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps
- Exposure to front-end, single page applications
- Mobile application development experience, iOS and Android - advantage
- Experience with big-data systems - advantage
