What you will be doing

As a Staff iOS Engineer on our Infrastructure team, you will be a key technical leader, driving the architecture and evolution of our iOS platform. Your expertise will shape the future of iOS development across all our mobile teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation.

• Architect and design complex shared libraries and frameworks that serve as the backbone of multiple iOS applications.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate leading-edge technologies, setting the standard for technical excellence within the team.
• Lead the optimization and refinement of the entire software development lifecycle, establishing best practices for large-scale projects.
• Drive the innovation and maintenance of our sophisticated, custom-built CI infrastructure, improving efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to iOS engineers across multiple teams, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Collaborate strategically with iOS and backend engineering leadership to define architectural direction and solve cross-team challenges.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced iOS engineer with a proven track record of technical leadership and a deep passion for building scalable, high-performance infrastructure.

• 8+ years of professional Swift and Objective-C development experience, with significant experience in architectural design.
• Expert-level understanding of iOS operating system internals, Apple's frameworks, and advanced system architecture.
• Mastery of Xcode and Apple's build toolchain, with the ability to optimize build processes for large projects.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD systems and modern DevOps practices, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• A highly independent, strategic, and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate technical risks.
• Advanced analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex architectural and performance issues at scale.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
