About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Robotics Engineer with deep expertise in ROS/ROS 2, NVIDIA Jetson platforms, and cutting-edge SLAM/VSLAM, perception, and embedded systems. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary engineer with experience leading R&D across robotics platforms, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.

You will play a key role in developing autonomous robotic systems for indoor and outdoor environments, leveraging your background in robotics, AI, and real-time computing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robotics systems using ROS/ROS 2, OpenRMF, and NAV2.
  • Build and optimize perception and SLAM/VSLAM algorithms using NVIDIA Jetson (CUDA, DeepStream, TensorRT).
  • Integrate and manage sensor stacks (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs) and embedded systems.
  • Develop and maintain real-time simulation environments in Gazebo, Unreal (UE4), and Unity.
  • Lead end-to-end development from hardware integration to AI algorithm deployment.
  • Develop kernel drivers and embedded software using YOCTO, Buildroot, STM32, and ARM-based systems.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electronics, and software engineers.
  • Contribute to the development of high-fidelity cloud simulation tools for testing and validation.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in robotic system design, development, and deployment.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • ROS/ROS 2, PX4, OpenRMF
  • SLAM/VSLAM, perception, navigation
  • NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, DeepStream, TensorRT
  • Embedded Linux (YOCTO, Buildroot), PCB design, microcontrollers (STM32, Nordic, TI)
  • Hands-on experience with robotics simulations (Gazebo, Unreal, Unity).
  • Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and Linux environments.
  • Experience working with UAVs, AGVs, AUVs, or autonomous ground vehicles.
