We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at BrandShield.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large scale application infrastructures
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows and DevOps pipelines across systems and teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate code integration, improve code quality, testing, and deployment processes
• Create and optimize automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Implement security best practices across our infrastructure and applications
• Promote DevOps best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps role
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS and GCP)
• Strong programming skills with a focus on Python
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Octopus, TeamCity, GitLab CI)
• Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, client-server systems, S3 storage, and databases (SQL/NOSQL).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols

Nice to Have

• Managing noSQL databases such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch and AeroSpike
• Understanding of application security in a cloud environments
