Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and driven
Software Team Leader to spearhead the design and development of a cutting-edge
Secrets Management product. In this leadership role, you will influence architectural direction, ensure secure and high-quality code, and lead a team of engineers in delivering a robust, scalable, and secure solution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of a Secrets Management product.
- Manage a team of software engineers across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined scope and standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align development activities with product priorities.
- Mentor and support the team to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
- Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
- Passion for working with a diverse tech stack, including multiple development languages (e.g., Go, Ruby, Java).
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Go, Ruby, Java, or Python.
- Solid experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
- Skilled at identifying risks, tracking progress, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building solutions on AWS technologies (EKS, Aurora, IoT, EC2, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
- Background in developing enterprise-grade applications within a cloud environment.
