We are looking for a Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our Engineering & Systems production plant within the Missile and Space Systems Division!
The Position Includes:
- Detailed development and design of power supplies for airborne systems
- Designing motor control systems for electric propulsion
- Designing and implementing power electronics circuits, including various topologies
- Developing analog electronics from concept to production
- Participating in full engineering workflows, from schematic design through testing and manufacturing
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, integration, and systems
- Utilizing industry-standard tools such as Orcad, PSpice, and Mentor Graphics
- Working with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required
- M.Sc. with a focus on Power Electronics – advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in analog and power electronics design – required
- Proven expertise in:
- Power supply design (isolated and non-isolated)
- Electronic motor drive control (Brushed, Brushless, Stepper motors)
- Analog circuit design in aerospace/defense environments
- Familiarity with space-grade electronics and radiation-hardened component design – advantage
- System-level architectural thinking and grounding/power distribution planning – advantage
- Hands-on experience with full development cycle – from concept to production
