RAAAM is looking to hire a Post Silicon Leader that will lead all the post silicon activities

from validation to full qualification of the GCRAM IP.

The work involves working on the GCRAM IP that is designed for multiple CMOS

processes of multiple leading foundries.

You will be responsible for leading all the activities related to the bring-up and validation

of the GCRAM IP test chips in the lab as well as all the qualification activities until the

GCRAM IP is in production quality.

Advanced post-silicon optimization with the designers as well as IP qualification based

on the highest quality standards are therefore critical. As part of this, you will be working

closely with the Full Custom Circuit Design team, the Chip Design team and members

of the post silicon validation team.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the validation board and validation software development

 Responsible for the whole GCRAM IP validation activities

 Responsible for setting up a quality plan to production level

 Responsible for working with external vendors to fulfil all the qualification

activities

Qualifications:

 B.Sc or MSc in Electrical engineering from top Universities

 5+ years of hands-on experience in silicon validation activities

 Experience in Python / C development

 Basic knowledge in full-custom circuit design and Microelectronics

 Experience in silicon qualification process

 Experience in working with outside vendors

 Great interpersonal skills and a team player

 Fluent in English
