Backend Team Lead – Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Team Lead to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in Tel Aviv. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence architecture and drive impactful development in a modern cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers

Oversee system architecture and backend design

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions

Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams

Conduct code reviews, support knowledge sharing, and promote best practices

Stay actively involved in development tasks

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a backend leadership position

7+ years of backend development experience

Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems

Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP preferred)

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, .NET, or Go

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Passion for clean code, team growth, and modern engineering practices
