Senior Frontend Developer you’ll join the CRM

About The Role
- Own end-to-end features – Design and build data-driven experiments and polished UI flows that move key CRM growth metrics (activation, retention, revenue) while keeping performance and accessibility top of mind.
- Experimentation and Optimization – Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements.
- Technical Implementation – Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI-powered features, growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, integration of marketing tools, and more.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting – Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives’ performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- User Experience Enhancement – Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate across disciplines – Work closely with designers, PMs, back-end engineers, and marketing to turn insights into shipped impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years building production-grade web applications, with deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and one or more frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue a plus).
- Proven record of owning features end to end—from discovery and design to monitoring after release.
- Growth mindset: comfortable analyzing funnels, defining KPIs, and iterating via experimentation to hit business goals.
- Experience with state management (MobX/Redux), comprehensive testing, clean-code practices, and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
- Problem solver: skilled at breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Impact-driven, user- and business-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and a mindset of “get things done.”
