About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to take full ownership of the data function at DealHub.

As our Data Operations & Analytics Lead, you will be the key figure connecting data across all departments: from Product to Sales, Marketing to Finance — transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive company-wide decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the way DealHub uses data at scale. You'll work closely with senior leadership, take an active part in setting KPIs, monitor business performance, and provide clear recommendations that impact our roadmap and growth.

What you'll do:

  • Own and lead all data-related operations across the company
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify strategic goals, and build the KPIs and dashboards to track them
  • Analyze company-wide data and turn it into insights, reports, and recommendations
  • Work closely with the BI Developer to prioritize data infrastructure and dashboard needs
  • Present insights to executive stakeholders and support data-informed decisions
  • Identify opportunities for optimization across departments through data
  • Build scalable, repeatable reporting and analysis processes

Requirements:

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in data/analytics roles, including experience owning data for multiple teams
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional reporting
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience partnering with leadership and influencing through data
  • Business-savvy mindset – you're not just showing data, you’re telling a story and driving change
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, independently owning your domain

Nice to have:

  • Experience in RevOps / Product analytics / cross-departmental analytics
  • Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Snowflake, or DBT
