We’re looking for a curious and technically skilled Data Analyst who’s fluent in SQL, comfortable with BI tools, and brings an extra edge with data science knowledge. In this role, you’ll generate business-critical insights and contribute to light modeling projects such as segmentation, or LTV forecasting.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves diving into data, explaining what matters, and occasionally applying statistical techniques when deeper insights are needed.


Description:


Business Analytics & Insight

  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, monetization, and retention across games or apps.
  • Monitor, analyze, and visualize campaign performance: ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention.
  • Evaluate creative tests and channel efficiency across paid UA platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and support UA and marketing teams with daily dashboards, budget pacing, and insights.
  • Work closely with finance and monetization teams to track revenue KPIs.
  • Respond to business questions with ad hoc SQL analyses.
  • Support forecasting models for LTV, ROI, and spend planning.
  • Collaborate on cohort modeling, funnel analysis, and time-series reporting.
  • Investigate data anomalies, test hypotheses, and answer complex business questions.
  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression, cohort analysis, or hypothesis testing.


Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Write advanced SQL to query large datasets from BigQuery and Snowflake.
  • Work closely with BI/data engineering to structure data models for scalable analysis.
  • Build, own, and maintain reports in data visualization tools.
  • Create automated data pipelines or queries for recurring business reporting.
  • Ensure clear, accurate, and accessible data for marketing and finance stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and exploration.
  • Strong analytical skills and business intuition.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for ad hoc analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex data in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Ads, Meta Ads- an advantage.
  • Experience working with marketing, creative, or monetization teams- an advantage.
  • Exposure to financial reporting, revenue forecasting, or cohort-based analysis- an advantage.
  • Understanding of DAX, or light Python scripting for automation- an advantage.
