We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data & Algorithm team. This role requires a highly data- and detail-oriented individual who is thorough, creative, and proactive, with proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for spectroscopic-chemometric problems.
- Take ownership of end-to-end research cycles, from requirements gathering and feasibility analysis to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into real-world products.
- Preprocess, analyze, and structure datasets to support robust and scalable solutions.
- Innovate and propose new methods to address the company’s core technical challenges.
- Conduct feasibility experiments and performance evaluations.
- Participate in customer-facing and on-site activities, including presenting technical insights and supporting applied use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Exact Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Three years of experience as a data scientist working with Python, machine learning, and deep learning in production environments.
- Strong expertise in advanced ML/DL algorithms and their practical application.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Independent, proactive, and creative thinker with strong initiative.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
