We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing modern database systems, capable of maintaining, optimizing, and supporting database infrastructures across various platforms.

This role includes:

Developing and maintaining database infrastructure

Troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, and data recovery

Working with diverse database types, including NoSQL and SQL

Managing high availability systems

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and monitoring tools

Mandatory Requirements:

Deep expertise in MongoDB – advanced management, optimization, and maintenance

Familiarity with InfluxDB – strong advantage for real-time time-series data handling

Skills in optimizing and maintaining NoSQL & SQL databases

Experience in backup, recovery, troubleshooting, and high availability setups

Knowledge of containers and microservices in Kubernetes environments

Familiarity with SQL Server – a plus

Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL – a plus

Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems

Experience with scripting automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python) – a plus

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
