Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing mobile client and backend systems (Unity and other technologies).
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance features and services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences.
• Roll out engineering practices, tools, and processes that improve code quality and development efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, performance evaluations, and career development support to your team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience with scalable client/server systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong Git knowledge.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL/Postgres).
• Experience in mobile client development (IOS/Android) or other interactive applications.
• Background in C# (Unity) - a strong plus.
• Background in game development, live ops, or social/mobile gaming – a strong plus.
• Backend/server-side language (C#, Java, Go, Node.js, etc.) - Advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
