We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with hands-on experience building Python-based backends. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a solid grasp of backend architecture, and a drive to create robust, scalable applications.

We are looking for someone who thrives in teamwork, brings a big-picture mindset with initiative, and has a genuine desire to make an impact in shaping the future of smart infrastructure.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer
• Proven experience with Python and Django for backend development
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of Docker
• Ability to work across the entire software stack, from database to UI
• Knowledge of protocol stacks, especially REST frameworks
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  

• Knowledge of frontend development
• Experience with IoT systems or edge devices
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
