Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our Business Applications team and help lead the design and delivery of scalable, efficient systems that power our operations and product. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes operational efficiency, thrives in fast-paced, high-scale environments, and has a strong passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and AI.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to build, optimize, and integrate tools like Salesforce, Vonage, and other core systems. You’ll translate business needs into smart, sustainable solutions that drive measurable impact while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions across Salesforce, Vonage, and other integrated tools that drive meaningful impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
  • Serve as a technical expert while communicating clearly and confidently with non-technical teams
  • Promote best practices, documentation, and sustainable systems architecture
  • Lead initiatives to improve process automation, data accuracy, and user experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business systems roles at large-scale companies
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and related integrations
  • Experience with telephony systems (e.g., Vonage or similar) - advantage
  • Passion for AI, automation, and innovation in business processes
  • Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex needs into simple system solutions
  • True team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with operations.
