We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building our technology and culture.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll be a key part of a team of professionals tackling a significant unmet need in healthcare. You can expect a high sense of ownership, a lot of responsibility, and endless room for growth.
• Lead feature development and collaborate with others on delivery daily, ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality.
• Take part in key decisions regarding architecture, roadmap, technology and UX
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Basically, creating a work environment that’s amazingly productive and fun.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focusing on the backend side, preferably with Python
• Strong experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.) and ability to design for scale and velocity of end-to-end data-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• A product mindset, you care about the “why,” not just the “how.” You balance technical excellence and delivery
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications (LLM APIs, orchestration tools, Vector DBs, RAG) or working with video pipelines - advantage.
