Data analyst Team Leader for a leading financial organization

What will you do in this role?

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 analysts
• Take ownership of sales analytics and directly influence senior management decisions
• Work with SQL, including Fine Tuning
• Define KPIs and present them to management
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, promotions, customer retention, and campaigns

What should you bring to the role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management – required
• Strong proficiency in SQL – required
• Qlik Sense - advantage
• Previous managerial experience with proven ability to lead and drive processes – required
• Background in insurance/financial industries – a significant advantage
