We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in C# and .NET to join our growing Software & Automation team.

You’ll be contributing to the next generation of robotic and automated medical compounding systems, working on intelligent software solutions that integrate with advanced mechanical and control systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and desktop applications in C# and .NET (Core/Framework).
• Participate in all stages of software development: from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, algorithm, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality integrated solutions.
• Work on systems involving real-time data acquisition, automation, and medical safety logic.
• Contribute to improving development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices.
• Document design decisions, implementation, and test procedures.

What You Bring

• B.A/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core application development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, software design patterns, and multithreading.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), and Windows-based development.
• A team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a passion for learning and innovation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing UI WPF, WinForms, or Avalonia framework.
• Familiarity with microservices, embedded systems, or hardware/software integration.
• Knowledge of medical or regulated systems (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
• Experience working with automation equipment or robotics.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps pipelines.
