We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Leader to join a leading financial institution at the forefront of digital transformation in the mortgage sector

Location: Lod, Israel (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, providing technical guidance and professional development
• Plan, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support agile development practices
• Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps processes with business needs and security standards
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
• Implement industry best practices in GitFlow, monitoring, observability, and automation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
• Proven expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps (VSTS)
• Strong experience with AWS and a deep understanding of networking and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack
• Strong problem-solving skills with an architectural and systems-level perspective
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities
