We look for an experienced, hands-on Head of NLP Data science to lead our data science team and expand our algorithmic offering using our unique and rich data.

Responsibilities: 

• You will lead the field of NLP, ML, LLMs. You will work together with engineering, and product to deliver measurable improvements. 
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for our disinformation detection algorithms
• On a day to day, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Drive continuous improvement in model accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Explore new data sources and methods supporting the accuracy of the algorithms.
• Mentor and develop team members through code reviews, technical guidance.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade NLP/ML pipelines, ensuring reliability and operational excellence

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning/NLP algorithms - Must
• 2+ years of experience leading team of data sciences - Must
• Strong Experience with Deep Learning and modern NLP fundamentals, including Transformers, LLMs, RAG and Agents - Must
• Solid foundation in NLP and ML theory, statistics, and modeling principles - Must
• Proficiency with Python and standard statistical and ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) - Must
• PHD/ M.Sc. in Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or any other relevant field - Incredible Advantage
• Experience with time series analysis, multimodal models, and computer vision - Nice To Have
