About The Role

AI Solution Design & Development-

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using monday.com’s AI Gateway and Python integrations.
• Create secure, scalable workflows with monitoring, retries, and guardrails.
• Implement advanced prompt/agent patterns (tool use, RAG, structured outputs).
• Develop NetSuite scripts and integrations using tools like Workato, N8N, and LangChain.
• Write efficient SQL for reporting and workflow optimization.
• Integrate data flows across NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration-

• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Extend AI Gateway through collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
• Advise stakeholders on AI/ERP feasibility, value, and adoption.
  
  

Quality, Safety & Improvement

• Mitigate AI risks with grounding, validation, and fallbacks.
• Track key metrics (accuracy, adoption, ROI) to drive iterative improvements.
• Introduce innovations by staying current on AI/ERP best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Apps, AI, or ERP development at a SaaS or global tech company
• Proven track record in building AI-driven workflows and agents
• Expertise in NetSuite (SuiteScript, analytics, workflows, integrations)
• Experience with tools like n8n, Workato, or similar
• Strong SQL and Python skills (automation, data shaping, APIs)
• Familiarity with low-code tools, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
• Problem-solver with rapid prototyping ability
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
