Description

As part of Monday.com’s Data and Information Technologies department, you’ll develop and create AI-powered solutions that transform our internal business processes. You’ll design and build AI agents and workflow automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance, HR, procurement, Legal, and other core teams.

This role blends AI solution engineering with ERP expertise, requiring both technical depth and strong collaboration skills. You’ll partner with stakeholders to move quickly from idea → prototype → production, using a mix of low-code/no-code tools, SQL, and Python while ensuring reliability, security, and impact at scale.

About The Role

• You’ll design and develop AI-powered experiences that transform and affect our stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable workflows (monitoring, guardrails against hallucinations).
• Implement advanced prompt and agent design patterns (structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation).
• Develop and customize ERP SQL scripts (not must) , workflows, and integrations to meet evolving business needs with external tools such as Workato, n8n, make or LangChain.
• Write efficient SQL for reporting, feature shaping, and workflow optimization
  
  

Who will you work with?

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Security to capture requirements and deliver AI-powered business solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI Platform teams to extend AI Gateway with new actions and integrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on the feasibility, value, and adoption of AI/ERP solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Applications Developer, System Engineer, AI Developer, ERP Developer or in a technical, automation AI-focused role; alternatively, strong hands-on experience demonstrated through projects or personal experimentation.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and how to connect AI models to real business use cases.
• Experience with APIs and web-hooks, and know how to connect systems to create automated, end-to-end workflows.
• Comfortable working in no-code/low-code environments and experimenting with lightweight scripting (JavaScript or Python) to extend functionality.
• Interest in building AI agents, copilots, or assistants that enhance customers' or team member experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-learn and rapidly prototype solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
