As AI Team Leader, you’ll define our AI vision and lead a multidisciplinary team building real-world machine learning systems for autonomous vehicles, sensor fusion, computer vision, and decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a top-notch AI team.
• Set the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and deploy real-time models for drones, robotics, and ISR systems.
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to bring new AI capabilities into our core tech.
• Research and apply the latest in computer vision, sensor fusion, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
• Ensure all AI work meets defense standards for safety, ethics, and security.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ML experience.
• 5 years leading a team.
• Strong background in at least some of the following areas: object detection and tracking, classification, SLAM, sensor fusion, RL, Generative AI, and LLM/VLMs.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI models in real-world production systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps and experience with real-time or resource-limited environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical fields.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - a big advantage
• Publications, patents, or contributions to open-source AI projects.
