We’re looking for an engineering manager to oversee a full-stack engineering squad. Are you a people-oriented leader with strong soft skills who is capable of managing complex projects? This role will require you to be responsible for the professional and personal development of your team. You’ll lead the technological strategy, build the tech agenda, work closely with the Product team, and drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals.
In This Role You'll

- Lead the technological strategy and build the tech agenda
- Run your squad’s bi-weekly sprint and manage quarterly planning
- Drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals
- Collaborate closely with the Product team as you strive to achieve your squad’s OKRs
What you'll need:
- 2+ years as engineering manager or team lead — with proven experience guiding technical teams through complex product delivery
- 5+ years as backend or full-stack developer — strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers
- Enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning — commitment to exploring how AI transforms fraud detection and security is fundamental to our culture
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to align cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and translate technical complexity into clear outcomes
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field — solid technical foundation for complex problem-solving
- High-scale production system experience — understanding what it takes to build fraud detection that works at millions-of-customers scale
- Node, Nest.js, TypeScript experience preferred — familiarity with our core tech stack is a bonus
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
