Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hands-On Backend Team Lead located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role entails leading a backend development team, designing and implementing backend architecture, writing high-quality code, and ensuring system scalability and performance. The Hands-On Backend Team Lead will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend development, working with languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Proficiency in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Skills in system architecture design and microservices
• Experience with cloud services and DevOps practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
