We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in back-end technologies to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Office located in Kiryat Ono.

This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience working with scalable systems and microservices
• Experience in architecting complex, data-heavy systems is a significant advantage.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
