Phoenix Financial is launching an innovative AI unit within its Data Department, a forward thinking and technology-driven team at the forefront of AI transformation. This new unit will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, and client experiences.

We are looking for an experienced, creative and capable Data Scientist who can take a complex business problem, analyze the data, develop a high-quality model and lead it to the production and monitoring stage.

What you’ll do?

• Development of advanced models in ML and GenAI, including EDA and Feature Engineering.
• Fine-tuning of LLM, Embeddings, Vector Stores and RAG models.
• Uploading models to production in collaboration with ML Engineering, DevOps and platform developers.
• Monitoring model performance, identifying deviations and retraining when necessary.
• Working with business entities and presenting products and insights.
• Matrix work with analysts, BI, data, business and development teams
• Leading initiatives to improve work processes and ML/AI methodologies in the unit and organization.
• Working in a Cloud environment.

What are we looking for?

• At least a Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Experience working with GenAI and LLM technologies
• Full command of Python and leading ML libraries
• Familiarity with SQL
• Experience working in a Cloud environment, especially AWS - Advantage
