We’re looking for a sharp, driven Data Analyst to join our team and help us understand user behavior, optimize performance, and scale our SaaS product with data at the center.

In this role, you’ll lead user research, improve funnel performance, run product-level experiments, investigate anomalies, and play a key part in reducing churn.

You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to turn insights into high-impact decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze user behavior to uncover insights, patterns, and friction points.

• Optimize marketing funnels and campaign performance across channels.

• Design, run, and evaluate product experiments (A/B testing).

• Investigate anomalies, unexpected drops, or unusual shifts in key metrics.

• Identify churn drivers and work with the team to improve retention.

• Build dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS company.

• Full proficiency in SQL, including complex queries.

• Hands-on experience with major analytics tools (Mixpanel, Tableau).

• Strong understanding of user funnels, retention metrics, and product analytics.

• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

• High level of independence and attention to detail.
