About the job.

We’re looking for a talented BI Developer to join our team and help shape our data infrastructure, develop actionable insights, and drive data-based decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent and scalable data practices through tools, methodology, and data structure standards
• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to ensure clean and accessible data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Tableau to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with product, operations, monetization, and leadership to define KPIs and analytics frameworks
• Partner with data engineers to optimize and scale our data warehouses

Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in large-scale data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau - MUST
• Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through strong business understanding
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of AI tools and a passion for staying up to date with emerging technologies
• Adaptable, proactive, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced Company

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage

• B.Sc. or B.A. in a quantitative field
