The role consists of:

Characterization and development of reports and data retrieval using SQL and Business Object

Measurement, data analysis and malfunctions to create insights to improve processes and present them, in the areas of support, initiation and proposing controls for improvement

Requirements:

3 years of experience working as a DATA ANALYST

Two years of experience in retrieving and analyzing data to create insights on support issues

3 years of experience in creating SQL queries and developing BO (DHW) and EXCEL reports

SPLUNK- A MUST

Experience in creating DASHBOARDS is an advantage

Experience with POWER BI \ POWER QUERY
