Role Overview

A senior hands-on role combining full stack development with technical leadership.

The position involves leading complex development tasks, contributing to cross-organizational technology projects, and ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and accessibility in a modern Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex development initiatives and provide technical leadership

• Develop and maintain web applications and CMS-based systems

• Build high-quality user interfaces with strong Front-End focus

• Collaborate closely with development, product, QA, and analysis teams

• Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with accessibility standards

• Drive projects end to end within Agile methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership of development teams

• 3+ years of experience developing responsive websites (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

• 2+ years of experience building accessible websites (WCAG AA)

• 3+ years of experience working with databases (SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL)

• 2+ years of experience developing and consuming RESTful services

• 2+ years of experience with source control tools (Git, TFS)

• Availability for demanding working hours
