You will be joining the Policy Management group that owns the end-to-end frontend and backend capabilities for defining, managing, and distributing security policies—including internet access control and enforcement rules—to the enforcing agent. Our work directly impacts how users securely access organizational resources such as Jira and cloud providers. We build scalable, low-latency systems that dynamically evaluate and deliver user- and policy-specific rules, while meeting strict performance and reliability requirements.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead a team with experience in an enterprise SaaS product. In this role, you will drive technical decisions, lead delivery and quality, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and other teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Drive technical design and architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with the overall product and platform vision.
• Work closely with the team to ensure high engineering standards, including code reviews, design reviews, performance considerations, and best practices.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality results.
• Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Product, Architecture, and other R&D teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Continuously improve team processes, engineering practices, and overall team effectiveness.

Desired Background

• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, with 2+ years in a hands-on team leadership role
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, ownership, and effective communication within the team and across stakeholders
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with strong experience in React and Node.js, building and operating production-grade frontend and backend systems
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable and robust cloud-native applications on AWS, including microservices and serverless architectures
• BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent)
