This role is located in Tel Aviv, full-time, hybrid (3 days at the office), next to the train station (Rokach Blvd 97).

Responsibilities

• Post-training Large Language Models for a specific use.
• Finetune LLMs with LoRA and RLVR/GRPO/DPO.
• Datasets (real, synthetic, manipulation, ...).
• Building domain-specific benchmarks.
• Writing research articles.

Qualifications

• Git master.
• Python Ninja.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with AWS-Bedrock or GCP-Vertex.
• Experience with HugginFace, NLP, and academic research.
