We're Hiring: AI Solutions Lead (Infrastructure)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Lead to drive the adoption, integration, and implementation of advanced AI technologies across our organization.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Organizational Process Optimization — and is ideal for someone who loves turning innovation into real, scalable impact.

What you’ll do

• Identify inefficiencies in organizational processes and propose AI-driven improvements
• Lead the design, selection, and implementation of modern AI, automation, analytics, cloud, and big-data solutions
• Integrate market-leading AI tools into complex & secure infrastructure environments
• Develop AI solutions tailored specifically to organizational needs
• Manage end-to-end AI projects: planning, execution, timelines, budget, and resources
• Work closely with IT, R&D, Security, Business Units and Innovation teams
• Promote a culture of Data-Driven Decision Making and technological excellence

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI (development, implementation, or project leadership)
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary technological projects
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems (M.Sc. – advantage)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse technical & business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, containers)
• Experience with ML, DL, MLOps, or cloud-based AI platforms
• Background working with security-sensitive or defense organizations
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to deliver under pressure
