What You’ll Do

• Work directly with messy, production SQL Server data

• Write and optimize complex SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)

• Manage backups, reliability, and data integrity for SQL

• Build Python pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data

• Design and maintain MongoDB collections used for analytics and reporting

• Support BI tools and internal reports with clean, reliable datasets

• Partner closely with product and operations on real business questions

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Very strong SQL Server experience (core requirement)

• Experience working with legacy or imperfect schemas

• Python for data processing and automation

• Practical experience with MongoDB (modeling, indexing, querying)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment

NICE TO HAVE (ADVANTAGES)

• BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)

• Analytics or reporting experience
